Hiiii, I’m Tess. A Kiwi with a huge passion for health, nutrition, sport and exercise aaaaand more importantly obsessed with sharing and helping other people toward living a healthy sustainable life.
Why I started Train & Treat?
Several years ago, I was getting sore stomachs, bloating and a lot of tummy issues after eating certain types of foods, mostly from bread and processed foods. It was this frustration that led me to begin researching into what I could eat so I wouldn’t get a sore stomach and what lead me down the track of health and nutrition. I’m so excited to be currently completing a Sport & Nutrition course to continue learning in this area. I’m absolutely loving the course and can’t wait to share what I’ve learnt with you all.
